Returning Items to Us

If you want to return an item to us:

1. Go to account.go-craft.co.uk/orders
2. Click on the order you want to return
3. Click 'Request Return' at the top right
4. Select your return reason and add a note if you would like to
5. Click 'Request return'

We will then go over your return request, and once reviewed, you will be notified by email.
